User permissions

You really need to turn off the thing in the admin panel that allows users to change their usernames.

This forum uses a very straightforward admin panel.
I used to do graphics setup for a lot of these forums.
They gave me admin access to make it simpler.
I think user permissions were either in the general section or profiles section.
Forgot.
