Let me recap what he does.
Render on bg, added cover layer.
Repeated a few times for the siggies on top.

The KH one was merely a template fix.
Don't deny it, it is.
Next one, also a semi-template, considering you more or less just pasted render on a bg.

The valentine one was pretty good, but there are enough flaws for me to jump around on those.
I'll try and restrain myself. This is one of your better ones because the barline actually draws some of my attention.

Last one is just ugly. 1, render wasn't good enough to use well in that scene.
There's more render than anything else, and has no real attractive viewpoint.

Anyone(personal opinion), who can simply say something is good because its flashy, might as well say they'd like a picture of fireworks.

I do not comment on level of gfx skill. Anyone can be good at it.
And there is no such thing as a bad work of art to me. Flawed, I suppose, but art has many viewpoints.
If you're only able to consider flashy stuff, this is enough for you.

But honestly all it as to do is look nice, the method of which that is created doesn't matter if the end product is nice. It's like music : if its simple and sounds great it doesn't matter how the end product was created. At least that's how I see it Razz

Yes, thats true. Effort is but a means to an end.
Even if you spent 3 months studying and got crappy results, it just means you suck.
Yes, the effort put it makes no difference, even if it only is a small bit of praise.
How the effort worked, and worked out, counts.
And I for one say he only HAS one end.

I have no praise for people who copy tutorials and can only use the same styles without even being original in any sense.
Yet I do not hate them.
I just see it as another plain ending. And the best part about graphics, isn't supposed to be plain.

You gotta start somewhere, the first thing you make after those tutorials is of course gonna be most likely the same, but you gotta find your own style of things.

Much like guitar takes dam ages to get original on that thing xD Though I'll be honest and say I'm not very creative so I don't know how these things works for you creative peoples.
